last Friday went out with Noor & Hakim to watch "Tropic Thunder" and hell it was 1 hilarious movie. i couldn't stop laughing at Jack Black everytime. the whole cast was great, especially the part when Jack Black was tied to the tree. LOL!
5 out of 5 for this entertaining movie.
the following day, which is a Saturday, we had a friendly soccer match against Selwyn's friend team. was positioned as right back that day. "Full Backs = Overlapping" luckily i still have that bit of stamina to overlap. miscommunication between our own defenders led to a goal until Amron step in and we finally settled down. first half ended with a goal down and me getting warnings from the referee for violent slidings.
second half started with a blast with us pressurising the opponent half resulting to a penalty kick due to handball. Gary calmly took the shot and brought back morale to the team. i received a yellow card for the 3rd sliding of the game by the referee. guess i was too violent. LOL. nonetheless we kept attacking but to no avail. final whistle was blown and we draw with the opponent's team. 1-1.
still not satisfied with that match though we were supposed to win. but what to do .. "GG" cheers!

anfh celebrated Noor's birthday with no cake. HAHAHA. instead, we treated him to a movie ticket and lunch to replace his cake. LOL! as he was having FYP, which means stuck in school for 3 months doing project, we met him straight at AMK Hub. bought tickets for Big Stan at 3 15. by then it was only 2 so we ate lunch at MAC first before making our way up to the cinema.

bought popcorn and drinks even though we were already BLOATED. and i guess 1 of the staff recognise me due to my carelessness of my handphone slipping out of my pocket in the cinema previously. LOL!
Finger of Death! hahahaha.
i couldn't stop laughing at some parts. especially when he was undergoing training. that's got to be the climax for the movie. 4.5/5 for a humour movie especially with Rob Schneider himself directing & acting. went back to NYP before making our way to Hougang Plaza to play pool. LOL! 1 tactic Hakim learnt from me ; before shooting, touch the lamp on top of the table. hahahaha!
after pool, we had dinner at LJS. four Combo 1's. hahahha. and their cheese was sold out! i cannot eat LJS fries without their cheese. it's like eating rice without any gravy on it. dammit! replaced their cheese with tartar sauce instead. not bad but i still prefer CHEESE. by the time we finished eating it was already 10 pm and since Noor had school tomorrow, we went "HOME".
took bus number 27 "HOME". a lot of funny things happen in the bus. "window headbang" was 1 of the funniest incident. and as it was Noor's birthday, we didn't exacly went home. we alighted at Noor's bus stop right after he alighted just to bash him up. but in the end, no BASHING occured. LOL! lucky Noor. walked back home from Noor's house since my ez-link and Hakim's were cashed out. totally had a great fun day yesterday. CHEERS!

first day of Eid Mubarak went well. started the day by going prayers before seeking for forgiveness among my family members. went over to my mum's side place to visit my grandma. stayed till 8 pm before moving off to my father's side place. just finally reached home though.

i would like to wish every Muslim out there in the world, Selamat Hari Raya ; Maaf Zahir & Batin. the satisfaction after 1 month of fasting is rewarded. we only get to celebrate this special occasion every once a year. not only it's a festival of celebration, but also the chance to ask for forgiveness from everyone for all our wrong doings be it intentionally or not.
now all the kids will be geared up with SPARKLERS.
