my uncle decided to give a lift with his lorry. at first, i thought we were going home but my mum decided to go to JALAN KAYU to celebrate my mum and dad's 18th wedding ceremony. i was furious at first cause i'm going to miss the great FINALS but it was their ceremony anyway. so we headed to JALAN KAYU to have a feast. upon reaching the outlet (Mad Jack Cafe) my mum wanted to eat at, i heard the sound of television. i ran to the outlet and guess what? it was showing LIVE telecast of the FINALS. from furious, i became DELIGHTED. one thing bout me is i dislike missing LIVE matches which are the TEAM i'm supporting. well, we got the best seats of that outlet, with me directly facing at the PLASMA TV SCREEN. thailand SCORED their first goal when we arrived. by second half, the food was already served. i ordered Grilled Fish With Honey Lemon Sauce. something like that. can't remember that. my bro ordered chicken burger with cheese fries. my mom and dad ordered steak. GOSH. it was delicious.
while watching and eating, it's very fun. but when SINGAPORE was losing, it made me lose my appetite. LUCKILY, in the 81th minute of the match, KHAIRUL AMRI scored the goal that brought VICTORY to SINGAPORE. i suddenly became hungry back and kept on eating. ordered oreo cheesecake as dessert and it's SUPER delicious. got to recommend you guys that place. Mad Jack Cafe at Jalan Kayu. tried it and you'll LOVE it. like my papa said, ''this is one outing that will be remembered for a long time; CELEBRATION for your mum and my wedding anniversary and Singapore winning the ASEAN cup.'' =) flagged for a taxi to send us back home as by then it was nearing to 11 pm. a funny incident happened in the taxi. my papa sat in the front seat. me, my bro and mama sat at the back. this was what happened in the taxi. my family was talking bout soccer in the cab while the taxi driver remained quiet. he finally pops out a question.
'' Seng Kang which turn? '' mumbled the taxi driver.
'' Singapore win! '' replied my father.
we all STARTED laughing. my mum laughed the LOUDEST. hahahaha.
'' Seng Kang which way? '' asked the taxi driver one more time. much more louder and clearer.
'' Oh. First exit turn left. '' replied my father, feeling a little embarrassed.
my mum just couldn't stop laughing. only after we reached home then she held back her laughter. guess my papa heard it wrongly or the taxi driver mumbling was unclear. online and chat with Mabok FC about Singapore winning the Asean Cup. around 1 45 am, hussin asked me to call his handphone. rajiv was in the conversation too. we were talking about the band and stuffs. music preferably. i started to get high and started singing SONGS that was super classic or dislike by many. but one of RAJIV's favourite (i think) was me singing TOKYO DRIFT. i sang almost the first half of the song. i tried to sang JAPANESE, but turned out to be super COCKY. by 2 30 am we ended our conversation and now i'm updating my blog. well, tomorrow's another new day and i'm feeling SUPER DUPER sleepy.
nights my HOMIE. =)
