this event happen from Monday To Tuesday.working at FACTORY sucks big time. seriously. i just could not deny it. it's a 12 hour work, and we were starting work at 7 30 pm. night shift pay is $63. morning shift was $58.
- Monday
so monday met up with josex at CP with his friend. me josex and his friend went to the factory at kallang. shall not name the factory. josex friend worked there for 3 days already so when we reached the factory, he just went in. we must queue up. we all are under one agency. shall not name that agency too. it's up to supervisor to choose the people. then the supervisor pick me and ask me do folding. then after that she picked josex. both of us did folding. i have not even do folding for 1 minute, the supervisor called me out. the agent from the agency said it was already full and i cannot work. then he call josex out too. cause full. i was super PISSED off. had a really PISSED OFF conversation with the agent.
i just told josex to keep quiet while i do the talking.
'' why we cannot work? '' -me
'' oh. cause full already. too many people. '' -agent
'' where can like that? you call people then you tell them no job. '' -me
'' sorry. i don't know. they never say how many people they need '' -agent
'' i don't know how ar. i stay SENG KANG you know. not NEAR you know '' -me
'' i know. but now how? they say enough people. '' -agent
'' how? eh, i actually busy you know. i take my time come here you say no job. how can? '' -me
'' i know you busy. wait i try talking to the supervisor '' -agent
'' i actually going out with my friends. last minute call work, then now like this. '' -me
'' (takes out handkerchief, wiping his whole neck) cannot ar. '' -agent
'' how? '' -me
'' ok ok. i give you $5. transport fare and makan. '' -agent
josex say just take. i said no and i think this was my MOST xia lan reply.
'' $5 where got enough? i now adult fare. some more i stay seng kang. very far leh.'' -me
'' wait wait. i call my boss '' -agent
within moment, he got back to us.
'' $10 enough? should be enough ar. you all never do anything, $10 enough right? '' -agent
josex say take already ar. $10 never do anything.
'' ok ar $10. but next time say job, must confirm. me and my friend stay far you know. '' -me
in the end, he gave a lift to Kallang MRT station. and we confirm with him that tomorrow morning we will be working at 7 30 am. continuation conversation.
'' if tomorrow no work how? tomorrow is MORNING leh. if come no job, wah.... '' -me
'' if no work, i pay you $58 on the spot. i promise. don't worry. surely got job. '' -agent
'' ok. you promise ar. don't eat back your words. '' -me
freaking asshole me. sex and i was hungry then. $10 earn doing nothing was good. so we go makan at Aljunied. =) near my old house. just brought back memories. we ate at the hawker centre. after dinner, we went back to seng kang. called rajiv to slack with us. josex called his friend too. slacked until 11 30 pm before josex accompany me home with his friend's bike. on the way home met mani and izzat. mani talked bout his lifetime story. i just kept on laughing. by then it was already 1 30 am. josex already decided not to sleep. so as i was walking back to my block, i saw qi you and derrick at the void deck tables. slacked with them and talked bout jobs and stuffs until 2 35 am. slept for like 3 hours before waking up the next morning to go to work.
- Sunday
met josex at CP at 6 in the morning. i was yawning. so we reached Kallang around 7 10 am and as cause sex never slept the whole night, he bought KOPI to keep him awake. luckily the agent got us jobs. or else $116 pay to both of us. started work at 7 30 am. josex and me were seperated. freaking boring then. did packaging. till i met this girl. haha. she's SUPER cheerful. luckily i had someone to talk too. her name is Yong Xiang. we were somehow in the same section. so we chat. for 12 hours we sat together, we somehow know each other for a very long time but an incident happen during work that made her cry. bloody SUPERVISOR. i was super pissed off with all those HIGHER RANK than the normal worker. scold until must show ATTITUDE. tried to comfort her down. she said she was fine and within moment was smiling back again. so after work asked for her number and msn and by night we already were chatting away at msn. sex help me abit. THANKS sex. she's 16 but she's waiting for her o's too. my first day at the factory was going to be my last as it doesn't really suits me. she said it's gonna be super sian if tomorrow nobody talk to her. she calls me a PIG too. and said it's gonna be PIG year this coming chinese new year. she's very very FUNNY. and lame. =.=''
now i'm dead beat. talking to steph online. really gonna turn in soon. well till the next time i update. NIGHTS my homies! =)
